Moncler Sales Specialist

The store is run by sisters and co-chief executives Shelley, Caryn, and Lori Hirshleifer, David Sills, chief creative officer, and the 5th generation, Marci Hirshleifer, Andrew Feinberg, and Rob Sills. Hirshleifers has evolved into a full-blown fashion hub where clients can connect with our unique, personal buys and discover the ultimate luxury shopping adventure.

HIRSHLEIFERS has been in operation for over 100 years, 50+ years in Americana Manhasset shopping center. Strategically situated in the heart of Americana with over 20,000 square feet of main floor selling space, and housing over 100 international designers.

Hirshleifers is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Specialist to join our Moncler boutique. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, committed to exceptional client service, and skilled at building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, highly personalized service to every client
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales goals
• Develop strong knowledge of Moncler products, collections, sizing, and seasonal offerings
• Assist clients with product selection, styling, sizing, and fit
• Proactively contact clients regarding new arrivals, special pieces, and upcoming collections
• Maintain the organization and presentation of the boutique
• Represent Moncler and Hirshleifers with professionalism at all times
• Work collaboratively with the boutique and store teams

Qualifications:

• Previous luxury retail or high-end sales experience preferred
• Strong sales, clienteling, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented
• Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
