Associate Degree or equivalent 5+ years of leadership & receiving experience in a high‑volume hubStrong communication with vendors, logistics teams, coworkers, and management Regular use of email/phone; strong hearing/vision to process documents & discussions Ability to stand/move 50% of the time, plus sit for computer work as needed Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 150 lbs Excellent manual dexterity and comfort with office equipment Strong math, organizational, computer, and system skills Experience with shipping/receiving/inventory software preferred Self‑starter mentality with minimal supervision needed WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR RECEIVING MANAGER?
