Project Manager/Civil Engineer

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois preferred Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers and designers Curiosity and passion for civil engineering, design, collaboration, and client service Strong desire to learn and grow professionally Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks across various projects Responsiveness to clients, partners, and project stakeholders Your Role Collaborate with EVA Principals on the design, permitting, and construction of a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and land development projects Prepare plans and assist with site design, grading and drainage design, utility layout, and stormwater modeling and calculations Lead a team of junior engineers and designers on a wide range of projects Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders Visit and observe active construction sites Pursue continuous learning and skill development in civil engineering and land development What EVA Offers Competitive pay and benefits Hybrid work environment Meaningful opportunities to learn and work alongside senior staff Exposure to a wide variety of project types throughout the Chicago region Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
