Most people who've worked phones for any length of time know the difference between a call center that trains you and one that just hands you a headset and hopes for the best. This one does the former. As a Call Center Customer Service Agent handling commercial insurance accounts, you'll field inbound calls from clients and business partners who have specific questions about coverage, billing, and account status, and your job is to answer them accurately, document everything, and move efficiently to the next one.

The company is a back-office services provider for the commercial insurance industry, working with carriers, brokers, managing general agents, and agencies across the distribution chain. They operate out of a professional onsite call center in Portage, MI, and the work they do keeps insurance transactions moving for the organizations that depend on them. It's a structured environment with defined workflows, performance expectations, and a team that takes accuracy seriously.

What We Offer

• $18.00 per hour
• Three shift options: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weekly pay

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Comfortable navigating CRM systems and standard computer applications
• Able to handle a consistent call volume with accuracy and professionalism
• Must be able to speak, read, and write basic English
