Key Responsibilities:



 
• Proactively reach out to prospective customers through calls, referrals, and community connections to identify insurance needs
• Run quotes for auto, home, life, and health insurance — and clearly explain coverage options in plain language
• Close new policies while maintaining a consultative, no-pressure approach that builds long-term trust
• Cross-sell and bundle products (auto + home + life) to existing and new policyholders
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing clients using our agency CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly new-business and retention goals set by the agency
• Participate in community events, referral partnerships, and agency marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For
Required:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English — our Roswell market especially values this
· Georgia Property & Casualty license AND Life & Health license — OR a strong commitment to obtaining both within 30 days of hire (we'll support you)
• A track record of hitting goals — in sales, service, athletics, or any competitive environment
• Excellent communication skills — clear, warm, and professional in person and in writing
• Comfort with technology: CRM tools, quoting software, email, and calendar apps
Nice to Have:
• Prior insurance or financial services sales experience
• Community ties in the Roswell or North Fulton area

What We Offer
• Base + Commission: $32,000–$42,000 base salary, plus 3–12% commission on new policies
• Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus tiers for hitting and exceeding quota — up to $1,000/month for top performance
• Licensing Support: We cover your exam fees and study materials — plus a $500 bonus when you earn both licenses
• Year 1 Total Comp: $45,000–$75,000 OTE depending on your performance

Base + Commission and Bonuses

• $32K Base- with no licenses. Can't get before you start
• $33K–$40K Base- licensed , depending on experience.
