Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience serving school-aged children, especially in elementary settings
• Knowledge and background in supporting students with autism or a range of communication needs
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Familiarity with school-based procedures and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in Pre-K through 5th grade
• Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff on student progress and strategies
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation for all services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations
• Offer support and training for staff regarding communication interventions
