Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure
• Proven ability or interest in collaborating within a dynamic school team
• Experience working with Pre-K through 5th grade students
• Familiarity with supporting students who have autism and those with diverse communication needs is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students experiencing speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational and communicative growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by state and school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise regarding students’ speech and language development
• Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in the field
