TIG Welder Position Qualified Staffing is hiring a TIG Welder for a manufacturing company in Lawrenceville GA. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm. Pay: $25-$30, Based on Experience. Responsibilities: Welds aluminum, steel and stainless-steel parts with TIG welding equipment. Position parts in jigs or fixtures on bench of floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks. Select torch, torch tips, filler rod and flux according to welding chart specifications or type and thickness of metal being welded. Connects regulator valves and hoses to gas cylinders and welding torches. Adjusts regulator valves and performs welding operations. Examines welds for bead size and other specifications. Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag or spatter. Cleans and degreases parts as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Experience Required: Certificate from college or technical school 5+ years related welding experience Strong knowledge of electrical components, blueprints, and layouts Why Work for Qualified Staffing?
