Job Description

MIG Welder – $18/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. Experience with sheet metal fabrication is a huge plus! The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

MIG weld light-gauge sheet metal components for HVAC systems
Fabricate and assemble ductwork, plenums, transitions, and custom fittings
Read and interpret blueprints, duct layouts, and welding symbols
Ensure clean, precise welds for airtight HVAC installations
Operate shears, brakes, rollers, and other shop tools

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in MIG welding techniques and welding processes
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and press brake machines is a plus
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
