Welder (MIG)Location: Client Site – Large Manufacturing Facility Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:45 PMPosition Summary: We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join a reputable large manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will fabricate, assemble, and inspect metal structures with precision, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and build metal structures, including ductwork, using MIG welding and other appropriate techniques.Solder and assemble components following detailed specifications.Operate and maintain welding equipment, including press brake machines and plasma cutting tools.Perform pipe threading and fitting as required.Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.Inspect finished products for quality, making necessary adjustments or repairs to meet standards.Qualifications:Minimum of 12 months experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in MIG welding; familiarity with TIG and ARC welding is advantageous.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.Good physical stamina and manual dexterity; able to stand, squat, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.Benefits & Opportunities:Competitive hourly wage with potential for advancement.Consistent Monday through Thursday schedule supporting work-life balance.Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment.Opportunities for skill development and career growth within a leading manufacturing organization.Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply promptly to join a dynamic team focused on quality and safety.
