MiG / TIG WelderA well-established custom manufacturer in Lawrenceville is hiring a MIG / TIG Welder for a direct hire opportunity! The right candidate will bring solid MIG and TIG welding skills to work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum on precision fabrication projects.Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 1st Shift, 10 hour days $22-$25 per hour / Direct HireWhat You'll DoRead and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine welding requirementsWeld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG and TIG methods in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positionsSet up welding equipment and select proper torch, filler rod, and settings based on material type and thicknessInspect welds for bead size, fusion, and overall qualityFit, tack, and assemble parts using jigs and fixtures, and repair broken or cracked parts as neededClean and finish welded parts, and perform basic maintenance on welding equipmentWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years MIG / TIG welding experience in a custom environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints for frame assembly and weldingAbility to read a tape measure, calipers, and use weld fillet gauges to check weld size and tolerancesAbility to perform basic shop math, including converting decimals to fractions
