Learning Experience Designer

Creating innovative learning solutions, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will manage the design process from needs analysis to the development of engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance learner engagement. Key responsibilities Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, and multimedia experiences using effective instructional strategies Define measurable learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and apply visual design principles across learning products Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate content into effective learning experiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education, or a closely related field Experience designing and developing learning solutions and understanding of instructional design principles Proficiency with graphic design technologies and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar applications Basic skills in Microsoft 365 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
