Sterilization Process Operator

We're hiring a Sterilization Process Operator to join a growing team in Branchburg. This role is responsible for monitoring and operating sterilization equipment, handling product before/after processing, and ensuring all documentation and safety procedures are followed. Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30am–4:00pm Pay: $23–$25/hr (DOE) Location: Branchburg, NJ Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do:

• Monitor sterilizer systems and verify pressure, temperature, and humidity readings
• Adjust valves, controls, and system settings per SOPs
• Perform pre-cycle setup and post-cycle unloading
• Document cycle data, readings, and batch records accurately
• Identify abnormal system performance and report issues immediately
• Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Safely handle, store, and move product and chemicals
• Support packaging, shipping, and staging activities
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all cGMP/ISO procedures
• Assist with continuous improvement and other tasks as assigned

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree in mechanical/electrical/HVAC preferred)
• 6 months–1 year experience in sterilization, chemical, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Comfortable working with mechanical equipment, tools, and testing devices
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office
