Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and empathy.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure swift resolution.
- Educate customers on our products/services and assist with order placement and tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
