Company promotes from within, offers a strong promotion track to various areas, great benefits, long term employees and is seeing strong business growth.Approximate Salary of $70,000 – $90,000 + Bonus based on experienceResponsibilities of the Project Accountant:Responsible for invoicing, lien waivers, pay estimates, payroll analysis, transportation data and ad hoc reports per contract detailsReview and analyze billing reports to ensure timely receipt of receivables dueAnalyze pay estimates throughout project cyclesAssist AP team on subcontractor and supplier payments per contract termsAssist with cash management reportingFunction as the main point of contact for documents required for subcontractors, suppliers, corporate, Project Managers and for complianceIdeal Experience for the Project Accountant Role:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related2+ years of AR, billing and/or accounting experience in a project related industry is idealAdvanced Excel, experience working with large, complex data setsJob/project costing experienceStrong technology, systems skillsStrong communication skillsHighlights of the Project Accountant position:Advancement opportunities, promotes from within401K, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, Life and Disability InsuranceCompany is growing, has lots of long term employees
