Job Type : Contract
Shift : Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule : 5 days/week | 37.5 hours/week
Local Candidates Required: Yes
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes
Pay Rate - $30 - $35 (both travelers and locals)
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT credentials required.
- Experience providing 1:1 services preferred.
- Ability to work with children and young adults ranging from 3–21 years old.
- Must be able to work under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide individualized behavioral support.
Responsibilities
- Provide primarily 1:1 behavioral services to clients.
- Support individuals ranging in age from 3 to 21 years.
- Follow individualized treatment and behavioral support plans under BCBA supervision.
- Implement assigned behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
- Observe and document client behaviors and progress as required.
- Communicate effectively with the supervising BCBA and care team.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and applicable professional standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
