Shift: Days 5x7.5-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)
Position Overview:
Seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services to students across the school setting.
This position primarily involves 1:1 services with students ranging in age from 3 to 21 years old. The RBT will work under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will help implement individualized behavioral and educational support plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is required.
- Must maintain an active RBT credential throughout the assignment.
- Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Experience providing behavioral or educational support is preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow behavioral intervention protocols and BCBA direction.
- Ability to collect and document behavioral data accurately.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
