What You Will Do: Sell Gas Lift products and services by developing new prospects and servicing existing accounts. Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction; research and provide forecasting for sales activities in the assigned territory or account. Develop strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities that generate future sales and repeat business through direct prospecting, lead follow‑up, and networking. Negotiate to achieve positive results, generating significant revenue and profit. Use sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process. Position and differentiate the company from competitors; identify competitive threats and changing market conditions. Design gas lift systems to meet customer expectations or needs using gas lift software. Deliver presentations for field or engineering teams and troubleshoot customer wells. Visit customer locations to ensure Gas Lift products and services meet expectations. Document sales activities, prepare reports, manage pipelines, and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management. Pre‑Employment Requirements: Drug and alcohol test Criminal background check Education and certification check Employment verification MVR check Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably within oil and gas and Gas Lift Sales. Excellent people skills and ability to build effective relationships. Strong technical skills with understanding of artificial lift solutions. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel up to 50%. Physical Demands: Role is safety‑sensitive and may involve drug testing. Specific vision abilities required (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment). Regular talking and hearing required. Hands usage, reaching with hands and arms required. Regular walking in customer field locations, including inclines, uneven surfaces, and varied weather.
