Responsibilities
- Plan and provide nursing care for obstetric patients and their families across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
- Monitor labor progress, administer medications, manage emergencies, and circulate for cesarean deliveries as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the broader care team to coordinate patient-centered perinatal care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel in alignment with scope of practice; represented by CNA
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure patient safety, educate patients and families, and uphold smooth unit operation during labor and delivery

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Labor and Delivery or perinatal nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and participate in a travel assignment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Eligible to meet credentialing and onboarding requirements for travel assignments
