High growth national logistics company specializing in the home delivery segment seeks a part time Admin Clerk in our Henderson NV location to assist the team with their daily requirements.

HOURS: Monday - Friday : 9 AM - 2 PM OR 8 AM - 1 PM

Responsibilities/Tasks:

● Manage three important “States” the vendor team is responsible for (Onboarding, Vendor problems, and confirming BOL

● Must communicate, both in writing and verbally with both internal and external vendors.

● Must possess exceptional phone manner and display a customer service attitude at all times.

● Responsible for resolving missing or delayed orders by providing accurate information to the vendors

● Monitor and tracking orders ensuring ON TIME arrival of all drivers to locations requested

● Planning job coverage for current and near future jobs

● Following up with vendors to ensure flawless service

● Following company procedures

● Ability to develop and maintain general knowledge of departments and Personnel

● Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Strong data entry and computer skills must including MS Office (excel, word and Google) and learn the company’s software

● Decision making skills and analytical approach to solving problems

● Excellent organizational skills

● Active listener with great communication skills

● Ability to multi-task and prioritize task in a fast paced environment

● Must be highly organized, and be attentive to detail

● Sense of urgency, and a willingness to own solutions

● Dependability

● Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
