The New Producer Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, focused on developing new business and building a long-term book of commercial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, and preparing tailored commercial insurance proposals. The role involves meeting with business owners and key decision-makers, explaining coverage options, and recommending appropriate solutions across property, casualty, and related lines. The producer will manage the sales cycle from initial contact through policy binding, with ongoing follow-up to support renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and client retention. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate applications, smooth policy issuance, and consistent, high-quality client service. Qualifications Demonstrated desire to learn and work progressively towards meaningful accomplishments. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment, managing time effectively and prioritizing multiple prospects and client needs. Comfort using CRM or sales-tracking tools, along with basic proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations). High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all client and team interactions. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B sales is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in training is essential.
