Urology Gynecology Sales Representative- Cincinnati, OH

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative for the Cincinnati, OH area to drive growth in urologic and gynecologic procedures using the da Vinci system. The role combines surgeon training, market development, and clinical selling to expand adoption across strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Train new gynecologists and urologists to expand da Vinci procedure adoption
• Identify and develop strategic accounts within the Cincinnati metropolitan area
• Establish case observation sites and regional training centers
• Build clinical and economic outcome datasets demonstrating da Vinci value
• Serve as market intelligence liaison between field and corporate marketing/training teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree required
• Urology or gynecology experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work evenings/weekends as needed
• Proven ability to influence peers and manage organizational complexity
• Strong clinical selling skills with capacity to build credibility quickly
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
