Job Description

·Business development tasks including approaching new clients and presenting our technological solutions through demos
·Approach new clients and present and demo our technological solutions. Our targeted clients: hotels , restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, schools
·Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
·Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
·Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
·Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
·Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and continuously improve business development/sales flow through feedback
·Analyze customer needs, industry trends, sales status, competitor activities and new potentials
Recruit and supervise junior sales employees to achieve team performance

Qualifications

Prior work experience within the hotel industry is considered s a plus (direct connection with hotel owners preferred)
2-5 year's experience as a Business Development or Account Executive
Excellent communication and group work skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Diligent and hard-working through critical challenges
