Job Overview

Tribe Marketing is looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to join our canvassing team. You’ll speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, introduce home improvement services, and schedule appointments for our contractor partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, and being part of a goal-oriented team. Your focus is generating interest and setting qualified appointments—our contractor partners handle estimates and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit homes in assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
• Introduce services such as window replacement, roofing, and other home improvement projects.
• Identify interested homeowners and schedule appointments based on campaign requirements.
• Accurately record contact information, project details, and appointment availability using our mobile platform.
• Clearly explain what homeowners can expect at their appointment.
• Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals.
• Follow assigned routes, company procedures, and applicable canvassing rules.
• Respect homeowners’ preferences and posted “No Soliciting” signs.
• Represent Tribe Marketing and our contractor partners professionally.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident approach.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection respectfully.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently and with a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking through assigned neighborhoods for extended periods, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Basic smartphone skills and the ability to enter information accurately.
• Reliable transportation to designated work locations.
• Previous canvassing, appointment-setting, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
