Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an energetic, creative, and outgoing Social Media Marketing Professional to help grow our brand, strengthen our online presence, and support recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has experience in social media marketing, staffing/recruiting, or sales . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, connecting with people, promoting job opportunities, and generating new ideas to attract both candidates and potential clients. Ideal Qualifications: Bilingual in English & Spanish Social media marketing/content creation experience Staffing or recruiting experience preferred Sales or business development experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Creative, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the community Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms Ability to help promote job openings, recruiting events, and company services We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and a sales-minded approach to our marketing and recruiting efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Changing Lives Staffing
