This creative on-site role focuses on content creation, photography, videography, social publishing, and community management while building foundational skills in social media strategy and performance analysis. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams, this position helps execute social media initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, inspire engagement, and support visitation. License(s) N/A Education/Training High School diploma, College degree in Design, Communications or Marketing preferred Experience 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field. Experience creating content for hospitality, wellness, luxury travel, spa, resort, or destination marketing preferred. Passion for storytelling, wellness, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands. Strong photography and videography skills. Experience with graphic design or motion graphics. Experience with video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design platforms. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube best practices. Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms and analytics tools. Basic understanding of influencer marketing and creator partnerships. Experience with paid social campaigns and boosting organic content preferred. Familiarity with SEO, social search optimization, and emerging AI tools for content creation preferred. Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Create engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Edit videos, reels, stories, graphics, and photography optimized for each platform. Assist with maintaining a well-organized digital content library of photography and video assets. Schedule and publish social media content according to the monthly content calendar. Ensure all content reflects Glen Ivy's visual identity, voice, and wellness-focused brand standards. Community Engagement Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Encourage authentic engagement and foster a welcoming online community. Identify user-generated content opportunities and coordinate approvals for reposting. Social Media Support Assist in executing the social media content calendar and seasonal campaigns. Stay informed on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content ideas to support ongoing initiatives. Bring forward creative concepts for new content series, storytelling opportunities, and audience engagement. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across social channels. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with Operations, Spa, Food & Beverage, Retail, Guest Experience, Programming, and Human Resources teams to capture content that supports business initiatives Attend property events, wellness programming, seasonal activations, and special experiences to capture real-time content. Assist with content needs for partnerships, promotions, and internal initiatives. Influencer & Creator Partnerships Assist with coordinating influencer visits, creator collaborations, and hosted experiences. Help organize schedules, gather content deliverables, and maintain partnership records. Research creators who align with Glen Ivy's brand and target audiences. Analytics & Reporting Monitor social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, audience growth, and video views. Assist with preparing monthly performance reports and identifying content insights. Learn platform best practices, audience behavior, and emerging digital marketing trends. Track influencer campaign performance and ROI.
