Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Facilitates and implements all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Participates in projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance our talent acquisition capabilities
• Guides HR business partners and business leaders regarding relevant metrics and trends, and uses data to drive recruiting strategy as appropriate
• Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events
• Works to streamline and improve the process of recruiting for active and passive candidates
• Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

• Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum five (5) years' related experience, including prior recruiting experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; minimum seven (7) years' related experience

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrates excellent organization/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
• Ability to build relationships and effectively advise and partner with leaders and HR colleagues at various levels throughout the organization
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize competing obligations for a variety of customers
• Proven commitment to being a talent advisor to the business
• Preferred: Experience with Workday recruiting
• Preferred: Extensive knowledge of HR functions
