Work Environment This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while utilizing telehealth tools to connect with clients. We offer a flexible work schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for flexible hours to accommodate patient needs. Our telehealth facility includes state-of-the-art technology, ensuring that you can deliver top-notch care efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, developing tailored treatment plans that focus on individual client needs. Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve the quality of care provided to clients. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources for holistic support. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to enhance therapeutic practices. Patient Population / Client Focus The patients you will work with span a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. You will support individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges, playing a crucial role in their healing and personal growth journey. Your work will directly impact their well-being and resilience. Qualifications A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, willing to modify approaches based on the individual needs of clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities essential in assessing patient needs and treatment planning. A passion for working in a collaborative team setting, contributing to a supportive environment that values each team member’s input. Preferred Experience Experience working in telehealth settings, with a strong grasp of digital communication and therapy platforms. Demonstrated effectiveness in administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting. Familiarity with a wide array of mental health conditions and treatment modalities.
