Email Marketing Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and CRM automation programs within HubSpot, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and compliance Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub functionalities, including workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting Support lifecycle marketing programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email and workflow creation Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with marketing automation Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and CRM data hygiene Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
