You will be responsible to manage and administrate all aspects of food services at the community while complying with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities Oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our Dining Services Department Hiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership team Responsible for the overall financial and operational functions related to dining room service and culinary operations Creates and plans weekly menus for the Community Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation regulations Conducts routine safety inspections of dining room, food storage areas, chemical storage areas, and food receiving area Qualifications 3 to 5 years’ previous experience in food production/management Must have a Serve Safe certification or become certified within 90 days of hire date Must have basic knowledge of food preparation procedures, proper dining room service etiquette, as well as related Health Department regulations and guidelines pertaining to food service operations We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
