Resident-Focused Social Worker - Admissions & Support
Riverview Health Group
Riverview Health Group is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join an interdisciplinary team in Detroit, MI. The role focuses on addressing residents’ emotional needs and supporting families, including admissions and referrals. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in social work, with a master’s preferred, and at least one year of supervised experience in a long-term or sub-acute care setting.
