Project Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of field-based projects
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, and documentation
- Participate in project planning and design meetings, providing recommendations to improve project efficiency and outcomes
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, resource constraints, and operational challenges
- Assist in resolving project issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and workflow efficiency
- Meeting minutes
- Status reports
- Project proposals
- Change documentation
- Client communications
- Track project expenses and support budget monitoring activities
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
- Maintain accurate and organized project records throughout the project lifecycle
- Travel to project sites as needed (approximately 5-10%) to support field coordination activities and catastrophic turbine assessments
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Operations Coordination, Construction Coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting field teams, construction projects, industrial operations, utilities, energy projects, or related environments
- Experience using Smartsheet for project scheduling and tracking
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with IBM Maximo
- Background supporting construction, energy, utility, industrial, infrastructure, or field service projects
- Familiarity with contractor coordination and field operations
