Customer Success Manager

The Role We're looking for a Customer Success Representative who takes real ownership- someone who becomes indispensable to the customers they work with. You'll report to the VP of Customer Success and consistently work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, and Hardware teams. Your mission is to ensure our customers don’t just use Kwant, but extract its full value- becoming so essential to their workflow that they can’t imagine running another project without it. This is a hybrid role based in the New York area, with travel to customer sites typically averaging 25–35%, with occasional peaks up to 50% depending on project cycles. What You'll Do Own the full customer relationship from onboarding through renewal, with a focus on driving real outcomes, not just activity Monitor account health proactively and address churn risk before it becomes a conversation nobody wants to have Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities within your book of business Run check-ins, executive business reviews, and training sessions that customers actually look forward to Be the internal champion for your customers, bringing their feedback directly into product roadmap discussions Build relationships across every level of the customer org, from project managers in the field to executives in the boardroom Occasionally visit active job sites to support hardware deployment and get a real feel for how our platform performs where it counts Show up in industry conversations, forums, and events as a genuine Kwant advocate What We're Looking For 2-3+ years in a dedicated Customer Success role. We're looking for someone who has owned onboarding, retention, and account health. 4-year degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus AI-Fluent: proven ability to use AI tools as a quality-multiplier, not just a time-saver Someone who can hold their own in a discovery call with a VP and also connect with a site superintendent on a job site Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels of an organization Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing a busy book of accounts without dropping the ball Willing and able to travel as the role requires Spanish proficiency is a strong plus Experience in the construction industry or comfort working on active job sites is highly valued.
