Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Packers . In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and organizing products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards
• Inspect products for quality and report any damaged items
• Sort and organize items in the warehouse to maintain an orderly environment
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations
  
• Support other warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous produce warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures (especially when handling fresh produce)
• Must wear appropriate safety gear as required
