Bilingual Office ClerkLocation: McAllen, TX Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift Pay: $12 hourlyWe are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator / Recruiting & Contracts Specialist to join our growing team. This position combines administrative support, customer service, recruiting, and contract processing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys speaking with people, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.If you have experience in office administration, customer service, recruiting, call center, data entry, or insurance, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesRecruit and communicate with insurance agents interested in contracting with our company.Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding recruiting and contracting.Explain company programs, carrier information, commission structures, and the contracting process.Follow up with prospective agents and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.Assist with contract negotiations and agent onboarding.Review and process contracts for accuracy and completeness.Track contract status and obtain missing documentation when necessary.Maintain organized electronic and paper contract files.Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal departments to ensure timely contract approvals.Answer incoming phone calls and greet office visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Respond to emails and provide excellent customer service.Perform data entry, filing, scheduling, and other administrative duties.Maintain office supplies and assist with daily office operations.Support team members with additional administrative tasks as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Associate degree preferred.1–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, recruiting, call center, or similar role.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Strong computer and data entry skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional phone etiquette.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to prioritize work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.SkillsAdministrative SupportCustomer ServiceRecruitingData EntryContract AdministrationMicrosoft OfficePhone SupportMultitaskingOrganizationTime ManagementAttention to DetailBilingual (English/Spanish)BenefitsCompetitive payPaid trainingCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive team environmentFull-time, stable employmentScheduleMonday–FridayDay ShiftFull-TimeWork LocationIn Person – McAllen, TXHow to ApplyTo be considered for this position, please send your resume to our McAllen office.
