Position: Business Development Specialist Location: Bloomington, IL Job Id: 1151 # of Openings: 1 Our Business Development team is looking to fill an in-person Business Development Specialist position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position maintains all business needs for our valued clients and their customers and includes documenting all insurance claim-related information. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great communication, and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time position starts with a base pay of $20.00 hourly, a monthly success share bonus, and commission for new business earned. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Onboard new clients Respond to client inquiries regarding claims, files, etc. Build/maintain relationships with current clients and prospective clients Travel to meet clients and represent Wilber at various conferences Maintain systems of record with up-to-date details and efforts regarding each client Mange past due invoices and reporting needs for current clients Handle logistics for client meetups and conferences Send Scorecards and Reports to clients as requested Ability to ensure physical presence at assigned location Requirements: Comfortable with computers and MS Office Willing to learn new computer skills Demonstrates initiative and good judgement Work well in a fast-paced environment Type 40 WPM or more Insurance knowledge is a plus Education: High School diploma or GED required Benefits include: Health, Dental, and Vision Disability – Short and Long Term Life insurance policy PTO and paid holidays 401k (with Match) Free breakfast Commission And many more!
