Job Title: Team Lead Engineer Location: New Hope, PA Responsibilities

• Own team delivery commitments and roadmap execution
• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and workload distribution
• Manage team performance, feedback, and career development
• Remove delivery blockers and manage risks
• Maintain technical quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Product and other stakeholders
• Support hiring and onboarding

• 10+ years Java engineering/development experience
• 5+ years of architectural experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Must have at least 5 years of experience with NodeJS, at the Architect level
• Must have experience with REST/JSON
• Strong business acumen
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in planning and delivery management
