ServiceNow GRC / IRM Architecture & Development

Architect, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
Design and oversee development of:
- Workflows / Flow Designer solutions
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs
- Catalog items and forms
- REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub spokes

GRC Enablement

Define and implement risk scoring models , control testing, KRIs/KCIs, and authority documentation
Map and operationalize frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA
Partner with InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to automate and scale GRC processes

Platform Governance & Technical Oversight

Ensure platform health, performance, and upgrade readiness
Troubleshoot complex GRC workflows and production issues
Enforce ServiceNow best practices and CSDM alignment

Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead technical requirements definition and solution design
Produce architecture documentation, test scripts, and release artifacts
Support UAT, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
