Seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRCIRM to design implement and manage governance risk and compliance solutions

Job Description

Design and develop ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications tailored to organizational requirements
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate GRC processes within the ServiceNow platform
Analyze existing governance risk and compliance frameworks and recommend improvements
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to enhance risk management and compliance tracking
Provide technical expertise in the implementation of risk assessments policy management and audit management functionalities
Ensure alignment of ServiceNow GRC solutions with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the ServiceNow GRCIRM platform
Document configuration changes workflows and system enhancements for knowledge management
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the endtoend implementation of ServiceNow GRCIRM projects ensuring timely delivery and quality
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain automated workflows reports and dashboards to support governance and risk management activities
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize platform adoption
Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow GRC/IRM features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions
Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices within the ServiceNow GRCIRM domain
