Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Relevant certifications as required by the position

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during designated shifts.
• Prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process and the medical plan of care, incorporating input from patients and significant others.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care team members to coordinate patient care across various age groups.
• Integrate teaching and discharge planning needs into the overall plan of care.
• Delegate patient care aspects to nursing staff based on their clinical competence and legal scope of practice.
