Job Description:

Private Equity & Credit

• Lead quarterly valuation and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Manage investor capital call and capital distribution processing
• Monitor ongoing reporting and compliance obligations with senior lender
• Prepare financial statements for private credit operating company and bespoke investment SPVs
• Lead annual financial statement audits for private equity funds and credit operating company
• Coordinate tax preparation and limited partner K-1 issuance with outside accounting firm
• Oversee fund performance projections with Chief Investment Officer and investing team
• Support senior leadership team with fundraising requests and ad hoc financial analysis

Management Company

• Oversee general ledger accounting and AP/AR for management company, general partners, and affiliated operating companies
• Assist General Partner with budgeting and treasury forecasting
• Lead corporate insurance renewal process
• Manage outsourced Human Resources and IT functions

Compliance & Regulatory

• Manage ongoing SEC compliance obligations with third-party compliance provider
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, internal controls, and risk management practices
• Prepare annual Form ADV and Form PF filings
• Coordinate annual legal entity filings with General Counsel and outside agencies
