Job Title: Senior HR Business PartnerLocation: UK-WarringtonOverview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to provide high-level HR support to business leaders and drive people initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will partner closely with senior management to align workforce strategies with business objectives, support change, and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.This role requires regular presence across our offices in Dublin, Belfast, and Warrington, with travel to project sites throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK as required. Flexibility to travel between office and site locations is essential.Responsibilities:Strategic HR PartnershipPartner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goalsProvide expert advice on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational developmentSupport business leaders in delivering change management initiatives effectively and sensitivelyAct as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations, performance management, and engagement issuesIdentify opportunities to improve business performance through people strategies and HR interventionsEmployee Relations and Performance ManagementLead complex employee relations cases, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary mattersProvide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, development plans, and career progressionEnsure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and company values in all HR interventionsPromote a culture of fairness, accountability, and continuous improvementTalent Development and EngagementPartner with Learning and Development to identify skill gaps and support targeted development initiativesDrive engagement strategies and initiatives that support inclusion, wellbeing, and retentionSupport leadership capability development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planningFacilitate talent review and workforce planning processesHR Data, Reporting and Continuous ImprovementProvide workforce insights and HR analytics to support decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiativesMonitor key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and performance, to identify trends and recommend actionsSupport the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and effectivenessKeep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and best practice in HR to inform recommendationsCollaboration and Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, employees, and cross-functional HR teamsWork collaboratively with Recruitment, HR Operations, and Reward teams to deliver integrated HR solutionsAct as a role model for Sisk’s values and behaviours, promoting a positive culture across the businessParticipate in HR projects, initiatives, and organisational change programmes as requiredQualifications:Degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline essentialCIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation desirableEvidence of continued professional development essentialThe NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
