About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Business Readiness Coordinator to support a major business initiative and system launch. This role is ideal for someone with experience in project coordination, administrative support, training coordination, communications, or business operations.

The successful candidate will help create training materials, maintain documentation, coordinate meetings and training activities, support stakeholder communications, and track project reporting and metrics. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, user guides, and process documentation
• Update existing documentation with new workflows, screenshots, and process changes
• Assist with internal communications related to project and launch activities
• Coordinate training sessions and readiness activities
• Schedule meetings, document notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders
• Compile and distribute project reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Support user adoption and change readiness initiatives
• Assist with launch preparation and post-launch support activities
• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure project success
  

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination, administrative support, training coordination, communications, business operations, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, user guides, or process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, and supporting stakeholders
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting software implementations or business system launches
• Experience creating training videos or digital learning content
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools
• Experience with change management or user adoption initiatives
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI
• Experience working on cross-functional project teams
