Responsibilities

• With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be assisting with new groups and renewals.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in updating client information.
• Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be assisting with enrollments and claim issues.
• Use your savvy skills to assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with professional office etiquette and the ability to be coached and trained.
• College Degree Preferred.
