As a Prep Academy Tutor, You Will Empower students with academic support based on the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. Develop customized learning plans that help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it. Offer remedial and enrichment opportunities to help students who need extra support—or a challenge to stretch them further. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking dynamic, compassionate educators who meet at least one of the following criteria: You hold a current, valid North Carolina Professional Educator's License issued by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI). You’re a qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one). You’re a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education or an approved educator preparation program. You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university. You are knowledgeable about Executive Functioning and ADHD.
