Systems Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our growing team at Thermal Concepts. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure while supporting employees across the organization.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining systems, supporting business applications, and helping scale our technology environment as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Support core business applications, including Vista by Viewpoint ERP
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
• Manage user access, permissions, and security controls
• Support cybersecurity initiatives , including patching and monitoring
• Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and networks
• Maintain data backups, disaster recovery processes, and documentation
• Partner with vendors and support both office and field teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support
• Experience with:
• Windows Server
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Network administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting ERP systems (preferably Vista by Viewpoint )
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in construction, HVAC, or field service environments
• Familiarity with supporting multi-location operations
