Contracts Manager

Job Overview The Twitch legal team is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations. This role offers the opportunity to join Twitch’s close‑knit legal team, build relationships with counterparts at Amazon legal, and tackle complex community issues. Location: San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions. Advise teams on legal and business issues, including rights and clearances. Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance. Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 3 to 6 years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space. Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes. Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross‑functional teams. Sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company. Knowledge of Twitch, including esports, gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends.
