Communications Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Hybrid – Work from home Mondays and Fridays; onsite Tuesdays through Thursdays.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our Investor Services and Communications team. This temporary opportunity has the potential to convert to a full-time position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
- Assist with deck creation, data entry, and document updates
- Support communications, events, webcasts, and client-facing materials
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain accuracy, branding consistency, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with financial services, marketing, communications, or investor relations is a plus
- Adobe InDesign experience preferred but not required
