Our mid-sized Austin-based immigration law firm, Azarmehr Law Group (ALG), is seeking an ambitious Immigration Paralegal to join our team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate At least 1 year of immigration legal experience, required At least 1 year of PERM experience, preferred At least 1 year of experience handling the H-1B and I-140 petition process, required. Must live within a commutable distance of Austin, Texas, United States. Job Duties: Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of employment-based immigration applications and petitions; Handle client communications and work with government officials to move cases forward; Perform legal research as needed. Required Skills & Knowledge: Handle complex tasks expertly; skilled in using legal AI tools; Prioritize workload in deeply time-sensitive field of law and meet strict deadlines; Be highly attentive to detail and have the ability to edit carefully; Flexible and adaptable to dynamic setting; Organized; ambitious with strong initiative; Possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor; Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook required; and #J-18808-Ljbffr
