Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions, including detailed clinical and progress notes per our department policies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans that align with the psychosocial assessments conducted for each client.

• Conduct consultations with family members and support systems to review and coordinate treatment approaches and discharge plans for clients.

• Regularly engage with patients to provide empathetic counseling and therapy, ensuring to adjust treatment plans as needed based on evolving situations.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adapt therapeutic strategies to enhance outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases and contribute to the collective knowledge and strategies of the team.

Your primary focus will be working with students facing various mental health challenges within a school setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in clinical social work or related positions.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, or in progress toward such status.

Compensation and Benefits\n
